All systems operational

I build the systems that run your business.

And then I run them.

8+ years running operations for US founders and small teams. I build the automation, AI, and WordPress systems that clear the manual work off your plate, then stay to run them so they keep working after launch.

Who I build for

This is for you if

01

You run a service business, agency, or small team.

02

Too much of the work lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, Slack, and manual handoffs.

03

You want someone who builds the system and then runs it, not a one-off project.

04

You've outgrown generic VAs, disappear-after-launch developers, and chatbot demos.

Not for you if you just need a one-time design refresh, a cheap VA, or a chatbot demo with no real workflow behind it.

SourceRated, an AdminsCube product · Media / SaaS

115+ articles a day, fully autonomous

Publishing at volume usually means a newsroom or a firehose of low-trust noise. SourceRated needed both: high throughput across four categories and a credibility bar that holds without a human in every loop.

Attorneys live within hours of approval

Operating the web presence for 150+ attorneys means precision at volume, profiles, bios, headshots, and credentials, each correct and consistent, with new attorneys ready to go live the moment they're approved. I owned that work and ran it fast and reliably.

Puget Sound's largest childcare agency · Service business

Years running a childcare platform's web, content, and growth

The agency's pages had aged into legacy layouts that converted poorly on mobile, and the business needed more than a redesign: someone to rebuild the high-conversion pages, keep the content and social engine running, and help shape offers and growth. I ran that operation directly with the founder over a multi-year engagement.

What eats your week?

Tap what drains the most time. I’ll sketch the system I’d build and a conservative estimate of the hours it gives back. No inflated promises.

How I think

I don’t do tasks. I build systems that keep working after the call ends, and I stay to run them.

Eight years inside other people’s operations taught me the difference between doing the work and removing the work. I run my own stack the same way: local AI, automation pipelines, a news-sentiment trading bot. This site is one of those systems.
