Your information, handled plainly.

JehBuilds (“we”, “us”, “I”) is operated by MD Jehad H. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jehbuilds.com or respond to our advertisements, how we use it, and the choices you have, including when you use our free tools, create an account, or subscribe to a paid tool. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, or a lead form served through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement, you may provide your name, email address, and, optionally, a WhatsApp or phone number. You choose what to share; the phone/WhatsApp field is never required.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not build advertising profiles on our own visitors and we do not sell any data.

How we use it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to reply to you personally, to understand what you need automated, and, if you ask, to schedule a systems call. We may contact you by email or, where you provided one, by WhatsApp or phone. We do not add you to bulk marketing lists without your consent.

Advertising & lead forms

We run advertisements on Meta platforms. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta passes your responses to us so we can follow up. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. We only receive the fields you chose to submit, and we use them solely to contact you about JehBuilds services.

How we store & share it

Your submissions are stored in our own systems and the tools we use to run the business (for example, our CRM and email provider). We share your information only with the service providers that make this possible, and only to the extent needed to reply to you. We never sell your data or share it for others’ advertising.

Accounts & subscriptions

When you create an account for a paid tool we store your email and authentication details, your plan and subscription status, and basic usage needed to run the tool and enforce limits. We do not see or store your card details, payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which processes your payment and shares only what we need to manage your subscription (such as country for tax and your subscription status).

When you use the tools

Free tools run per request. Many run entirely in your browser and store nothing. AI-assisted tools send the text or image you enter to a third-party AI provider (via OpenRouter) to generate a result; we don’t use your input to train models and we don’t retain it beyond producing your result. Please don’t paste confidential or personal data you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party AI service. Paid tools store only what the feature needs to work (for example, a saved configuration or a generated report), which you can delete from your account.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, to understand usage, privacy-conscious analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (and, where enabled, Plausible or Umami). Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works. If you’re in a region that requires consent, we honour your choice.

Who processes your data (subprocessors)

We share data only with the providers that run the service:

International transfers

We operate from Bangladesh and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in other countries. We only use providers that offer appropriate protections.

Your rights & choices

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing (including under GDPR and CCPA where they apply). Account holders can export or delete data from the account area, or email hello@jehbuilds.com and we’ll action it. You can also opt out of future contact by replying “unsubscribe” to any message from us. We don’t sell your personal information.

Retention

Free-tool inputs aren’t retained after your result is produced. Enquiry and lead details are kept while we’re in touch and for a reasonable period after. Account and subscription data are kept while your account is active and for a short period after closure, unless the law requires longer.

Security & children

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure. The site and tools aren’t directed to children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
