Eight years ago I started supporting US-based clients remotely, across legal, real estate, SaaS, and e-commerce. The job titles changed; the pattern didn’t. Every operation I touched had the same problem: smart people losing their week to work a system should have been doing.
So I stopped doing tasks and started building systems that keep working after the call ends, and I stay to run them.
That’s the whole job. Find the work that repeats, design the system that absorbs it, build it so it fails loudly when it should, and hand it over documented so it doesn’t depend on me. Automation, AI, WordPress, and operations are just the tools the outcome happens to need.
I practise what I sell. The stack on the right isn’t a résumé; it’s what I actually run, day to day. This site is one of those systems.
