The terms, in plain English.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JehBuilds (jehbuilds.com), operated by MD Jehad H. ("we", "us", "I"), including our website, free tools, paid subscription tools, and any services we provide. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

The site provides three things: (1) free tools you can use in your browser with no account; (2) paid subscription tools that require an account and an active subscription; and (3) done-for-you services (systems, automation, AI, and WordPress work) engaged separately by proposal. Different sections below apply to each.

Accounts

Paid tools require an account. You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and the Merchant of Record

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you buy a subscription, Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply. Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly unless stated) and renew automatically until cancelled. Where offered, a free trial lasts 7days; if you don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. We may change prices or plans with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Free tools

The free tools are provided as a convenience, "as is", with no warranty. Many run in your browser and store nothing; AI-assisted tools send your input to a third-party model to generate a result and are rate-limited. Output can be wrong or incomplete, treat it as a starting point, not professional advice, and verify anything you rely on. Don't submit confidential or personal data you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or tools to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or harm anyone. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits or access controls, and don't resell or redistribute the tools without permission. We may throttle, suspend, or remove access for abuse.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs a tool generates for you, and you're responsible for how you use them. We (and our licensors) own the website, the tools, and their design, code, and brand. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the tools for their intended purpose while these Terms and any subscription are in effect.

AI and third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party AI models and other services (for example, AI providers via OpenRouter, and our infrastructure and analytics providers). We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party outputs, and AI results may be inaccurate, always review before use. Their availability and behaviour can change.

Disclaimers

The site, tools, and any free materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Jehad H. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid tool is limited to the amount you paid for that tool in the three months before the claim; for free tools and the website, our liability is limited to USD 100.

Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the site any time and cancel a subscription per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or for legal, security, or risk reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the "last updated" date and, for material changes to paid plans, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle's terms as Merchant of Record.
