What I build when no one’s paying me to.
Experiments, teardowns, and the tools I run myself. This is the practice behind the services — and where client systems get prototyped first.
News-sentiment grid trading bot
A modular Python trading system — signal engine, sentiment scorer, circuit breaker, capital allocator — running multi-pair on a Hetzner VPS. A self-directed proof of automation and systems design, built on Freqtrade against the Binance API.
Local AI stack
Ollama and Open WebUI running on my own hardware — the private, no-per-token backend I reach for when the cloud is the wrong call for privacy or cost. The same local-first option I wire into client stacks.
A fully-local AI video studio
One still photo and one voice clip in, a photoreal, lip-synced talking-head video out, generated entirely on my own RTX 4070. No cloud and no per-minute fees: a self-hosted alternative to paid tools like HeyGen and Synthesia, built on InfiniteTalk + Wan2.1 and wired into a Remotion / Blender / FFmpeg pipeline with faster-whisper sync, AI matting, and local TTS.
n8n + Gemini pipelines
Multi-step automation built and operated: LinkedIn content scheduling, crypto sentiment bots, and cross-platform sync that wires CRMs, email tools, and spreadsheets together so the same data stops being re-keyed by hand.
FixKeep
A published Android app for tracking warranties, receipts, repair documents, product details, and ownership records in one place.
This site is one of the systems
JehBuilds runs on the same thinking I sell: design tokens, a live 2D-canvas “Operation,” a provider-agnostic concierge, and an llms.txt + agents.json layer so AI agents can read it. The portfolio is itself a demo of the work.
Want one of these for your operation?
The Lab is where I prototype what later becomes a client system.
